On behalf of the officers, staff and members of Local 396 I would like to congratulate and welcome back Andy Brothers.
For those of you who don’t know, Andy was just awarded his job back through the grievance arbitration process. I want to personally thank my staff for all their hard work on this case and those members who testified on Andy’s behalf. There is no greater justice then telling a member who was wrongfully terminated they are going back to work!
